Synoptical charges a fixed monthly fee that is determined on a case-by-case basis (depending mainly an organization’s annual revenue and size).

Will synoptical travel to my organization’s site?

Upon the request of management, yes; however, this is limited to a semi-annual basis and for no more than one week at a time.

How will synoptical protect my organization’s data?

In most instances, Synoptical utilizes your organization’s security infrastructure by using a remote access application that has been approved by your organization’s IT department. This, combined with its own virtual private network (VPN) and HIPPA approved software ensures additional layers of security for any organizational data Synoptical touches.

how does synoptical define a conflict of interest?

By Synoptical’s definition, a conflict of interest exists when the contractor (e.g. Synoptical) works for two organizations that occupy the same industry within the same vicinity (e.g. two hospitals within the Seattle metropolitan area).
